Your Routine:
Wet hair. Lather between hands and transfer to hair or rub bar directly onto your wet hair. Rinse thoroughly. Use an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse before and/or after shampooing if your hair has residue. May use on body as well.
To make Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse (ACV): Mix 1 part water to 1 part ACV
