Q: How much does US shipping cost?
A: Your order will be calculated based on the weight of your package and your zip code. Shipping price is given by the shipping company and not Kriya Botanicals. Therefore, shipping cost is beyond our control. Kriya Botanicals does NOT cover shipping in any way unless having a promotional or special.
Q: When will my package arrive?
A: Because we are a small company, orders are usually made fresh to order. Please allow us to process your order for 1-2 business days. Orders will then be shipped to you and may arrive within 4-8 business days after the 1-2 day processing period. These days Do Not include Sundays or Holidays. There may be brief delays with shipments during high volume of orders especially during holidays. Please note that USPS states that they do not guarantee delivery dates or times. Business days are Monday through Friday.
International Orders may take 7-21 business days.
Q: Where’s my package? Says "delivered" but I haven’t received anything.
A: Don’t panic! USPS delivery vans have GPS that sometimes automatically updates a shipment as "delivered" prematurely. Wait another business day because the package was most likely marked as delivered accidentally, and will arrive the following day.
Q: How Do I Track My Order?
A: After your order has been processed you will receive a tracking confirmation through www.usps.com to your email address that you provided. Click here to track your order.
Please note, once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. We do not have any control over shipping. Please do not discard your tracking number so that you can check on your shipping status.
Because theft is high during the holiday season, please keep track of your package using your tracking number. We are not responsible for stolen packages.

Please Note: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are unable to change or cancel your order once it is placed. Please be sure it is correct before completion. No refunds or exchanges on open or used products due to possible contamination. Shipping boxes may show signs of wear and tear due to travel and handling from shipping company. Because of this, we secure your product(s) to prevent any damage. If you have any doubts about our products please contact us before purchasing.
Before confirming order, please be sure that shipping address is correct. If your shipping address contains an apartment or suite number, please include it in your address or USPS will return your package back to us. Buyer is responsible for paying for the returned shipment. If your package is returned to us, we will contact you by email. If no response is returned to us within 7 days, you will receive a refund of the order purchased minus the shipping costs. There will be an additional reshipping fee due prior to shipping from you, the buyer, if you desire to have your order reshipped. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Lost, Stolen or Tampered Package
Once your order has been processed and leaves our warehouse, we are NOT responsible for your package-the shipping carrier is responsible. If your package has been lost, stolen or tampered with, please file a claim with the carrier listed on your shipping notification.
