Your Routine:
Wet hair. Lather between hands and transfer to hair or rub bar directly onto your wet hair. Rinse thoroughly. Use an Apple Cider Vinegar rinse before and/or after shampooing if your hair has residue. May use on body as well.
To make Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse (ACV): Mix 1 part water to 1 part ACV

this is the only shampoo I use, i like that it's a natural shampoo bar that is geared towards my hair type and texture. I've ordered this a couple times, and at present, don't feel the need to switch to anything else.

2 year user of the low porosity conditioner. Packaging has changed and that’s okay. Price has increased- bummer - but it works for my hair and I support Black Businesses where possible. The product is just good without any build up. I need the weight of the cream based for my hair and I can tell that my hair works better with natural ingredients.I use no more than 4 products in my hair and 2 out of 3 are Kriya Botanicals(shampoo bar -Lopo and the LOPO conditioner). Keep doing what you are doing Kriya and love the customer service - genuine.
